So she starts by knowing her true desires
What does her belly tell her?
Her throat cry for?
Her heart yearn for?
Her core tell her?
Every morning when she wakes up
Her first thought enters her mind
Is it happy or is it sad? She asks herself
If it is beauty then it is set free to permeate the day
If it is negative in any way then she must cover it with an affirmation
Even if she does not feel the happy mantra
She must continue to sing the song
For this is the art of control
Slowly taking the actions needed
Until they become habits
The muscles stronger
The embodiment fulfilled
Not as easy as the books write
Not as simple as the wise ones say
But it can be done
With tenacity
With commitment
With consistent action
With complete devotion to her happiness

Is a vow
Of Self-love
Of Self-care
Of Self-respect
Of Self-creation
And we can be all we desire if we are able
Some will need guidance
Some will need a template
Some will need a friend
Some will need a helping hand
Some will need a role model
Some will need a tribe
Some will need someone else
Some will take a stand
But if you start to take the steps
Again, again, again
And you see just how they help
To heal, to guide, to mend
And once again you start to flex
The muscles of your mind
There are no things beyond your reach
No limits you will find
So start at once
No time to lose
For there is so much to see and do
And if you can control your mind
You’ll help others themselves to find
And if we all control our minds
In loving care, compassion
When minds unite we’ll find new ways
And start loving as a fashion
The game to play within yourself
Place happy thoughts within
And if you catch yourself thinking
Of negativity
Just chase them out
There is no room
