I’ve built sacred spaces, conscious businesses, and a body of work that blends structure with soul, leadership with healing, and purpose with unapologetic power. Not because I figured it all out — but because I’ve lived it all the way through.

These days, you’ll find me somewhere between eastern Spain (with my partner, two dogs, and a very opinionated cat) and London, where I support my mum in caring for my dad who’s living with Alzheimer’s.

I’m not here as a guru.
I’m here as someone who’s done the work, walked the fire, and kept the receipts.
