Hungry, wanting her attention

Caring for herself is her priority
Taking responsibility for herself enables her to help others
Taking action for herself is the secret ingredient

Learning
To master that which she needs to move on
Discovering
Looking at all angles
Reaffirming, referencing
She gains confirmation from all that she uncovers
She knew the answers all along
Gaining confidence
Gaining concrete evidence

Practicing
What she has learnt until it becomes second nature
A part of her
An extension of her
An expansion of her
Her commitment to practice her art, her duty, her purpose
Leads to the universal law of serendipity joining her on her journey
Leading the way to further opportunities
Infinite Possibilities

Embodying
Knowing when she knows enough and time to expand further
Her secret to success
She is alive with the knowledge that imperfection is perfect
The time to use her new gift and to trust it has come
Stepping through the fear
Knowing that she is supported
Trusting that her path will be cleared
And that all her practice is now a part of her

Enough she has had

Enough with the anger

She has the power

Looking within
For her true desires
She doesn’t need mansions
But does need real smiles

She wants to live fully

To share her own message
From a place of pure glee

She looks back on her life
Her happiest parts
And sees how she made them
How she felt in her heart

Instilling this feeling
Down deep in her soul
She thinks of her gifts

Here on earth

That regrets are so few
Making lists to accomplish

She experiences adversity just as you or I
But her power is to get back up
Her love will get her by

She has the tools to understand that only she can be
The one to face the challenges of life and yet be free

She takes the time to understand the process she must use
To undermine emotions felt that really do no good

She fills the space of negative with beauty and with power
The exercises must be done for her return to self

Sometimes the voices that she speaks are not felt deep inside
And yet she knows with every breath she changes state of mind

Mantra’s, affirmations, songs of happiness and cheer
Used as often as is felt for her become love, release fear

Her state of mind the one resource that no one else can ever claim
Her choice to be her one true love and no one else to blame

Once developed practices are there for her to take
When they are needed she picks one, her happiness to make

Choosing words that fill her up with what she needs to do
The things that are most pressing for the day she’s woken to

Sometimes once is all she needs to fill her to the brim
At other times she must repeat again, again, again

Power, passion, purpose filled
Energy or rhythm
She sits down quietly and asks
Intuition answers given

I am love
I am good
I am full of cheer
I have all I need to do my job well and be driven

I am peace
I am pure
I am more than enough
To achieve my daily need to feel full and happy freedom

Resilience gets up again
Again, again, again
There is no stopping her you see
Resilient heart within

Her thoughts are the one thing
Nobody else can control
Unless she lets them

It isn’t easy to do
It is a constant battle
Of her believer and her doubter
Of her master and her servant
Of her creator and her procrastinator
Of her joy and her despair

So she starts by knowing her true desires
What does her belly tell her?
Her throat cry for?
Her heart yearn for?
Her core tell her?

Every morning when she wakes up
Her first thought enters her mind
Is it happy or is it sad? She asks herself
If it is beauty then it is set free to permeate the day
If it is negative in any way then she must cover it with an affirmation
Even if she does not feel the happy mantra
She must continue to sing the song
For this is the art of control
Slowly taking the actions needed
Until they become habits
The muscles stronger
The embodiment fulfilled

Not as easy as the books write
Not as simple as the wise ones say
But it can be done
With tenacity
With commitment
With consistent action
With complete devotion to her happiness

For Controlling Her Mind
Is a vow
Of Self-love
Of Self-care
Of Self-respect
Of Self-creation
And we can be all we desire if we are able

Some will need guidance
Some will need a template
Some will need a friend
Some will need a helping hand

Some will need a role model
Some will need a tribe
Some will need someone else
Some will take a stand

But if you start to take the steps
Again, again, again
And you see just how they help
To heal, to guide, to mend

And once again you start to flex
The muscles of your mind
There are no things beyond your reach
No limits you will find

So start at once
No time to lose
For there is so much to see and do
And if you can control your mind
You’ll help others themselves to find

And if we all control our minds
In loving care, compassion
When minds unite we’ll find new ways
And start loving as a fashion

The game to play within yourself
Place happy thoughts within
And if you catch yourself thinking
Of negativity
Just chase them out

No longer afraid
Of conforming
To society and it’s fears
Of all she can be

No longer afraid of the doctrine that has formed the views of millennia
Chastising her wisdom
Her knowledge
Her ability to see ahead
To see the infinite possibilities

What they call her now she knows is their business
Their fears, their judgment, their control
She breaks free from that chain
For she knows that she is consumed with inherent goodness

Whatever the unknown may reveal
Whatever they choose to call it
God, The Universe, Science,
She knows that the rules made to bind her and her sisters
Are now ready to be broken

She is infused with sacredness
Only others who have been gifted will understand
There is much work to be done
To bring down the walls of envy, corruption and oppression

She has been tasked with joy
She has been given the responsibility of passion
She has been awarded the heart of reason
She has been allowed to see into the future

For it is hers to create
In beauty
In equality
In sustainability
In peace
In happiness
In love

She knows that they will call her names
Brandish her with an evil eye
But she knows her truth
Call her what you will

A witch, a demon, a sage, a prophet
She will bear your grudges
She will adorn your stones
For she is none of these

She is a human
She is a lover
She is primal
She is fierce

She is spirit
She is lover

Not succumbing to the laws of men
Not succumbing to her own innate fears

She strives for magic, mystery, miracles
She works for kindness, compassion and ecstatic living
She thinks far ahead and then gets lost in the fervour of the moment

Dancing in the Fusion of the Dichotomy of Life

She is made of the earth
She is made of the stars
She is made of the past
She is made of the present

This is her time
She is the artist of creation
Taking all she needs
To fuel her desires

Desires
Forming
Solutions
Through her

Sage, Soothsayer, Wise woman, crone
Witch, magician, she is none
She is her own

A hole for some
A parapet for others

She cannot allow the apathy to seep into her bones
She cannot stand by and watch whilst the world splits
Segregates those that have and those that have not
Deeper, wider, greater, more

She was given hardship to know empathy
She was given strength to lead the way
She was given hope as infinite comfort
She has all she needs to start today

She committed to her greater purpose
She committed to give all she could
She committed to the bigger picture
Even when misunderstood

She built a staircase to help others
From where they are, from what they have
She knows that needs do change as climbing
She gently helps you fill your cup

For cups they come in different sizes
For cups they come with different needs
But all cups have immortal value
She fills them with their unique seeds

For if each one can sow and gather
All they need with some to spare
Then each one can pour love a little
More to give and more to share

So don’t give up and don’t give in
Don’t beat yourself with a splintered stick
We all need strength to steer the future
Disable greed with more to give

If we all work to make ourselves
Happy, safe and beauty filled
Then join our hands in loving, kindness
To fill the gap and over spill
